    On November 21st Ms. Anderson’s health class and Mr. Caffelle’s gym class had the opportunity to try yoga.  The instructor, Mimi S. taught us how to do a Downward Dog, Tree Pose, and an Upward Dog.  It relaxed many people, not only physically but mentally also.  “ Mimi was a great instructor, and the yoga was very fun", said Sarah Kenefick from Ms. Anderson’s Health class.  “I hope that many people in other classes get to have the chance we did, " said Amanda Quatricelli. 
   
We would like to thank Miss Anderson and Mr. Caffelle for this wonderful experience, but we would also like to thank you Mimi for taking out of her busy schedule to come to our school.

Last night I arrived very tired and achey at yoga class.  When I left your studio,and again the next morning, I felt completely rejuvenated, no achy back and felt limber again.  I need yoga in my life.
