Somebody is Pregnant - Prental Yoga

A boy or a girl?  It doesn't matter - what matters most is to have a healthy baby and mom.

I amso excitedand delighted to find out that one of my previous prenatal students is now pregnant again!!  And with her help, my teachers in training will be able to see and witness how different poses are adjusted to safety orient the mom and baby.

Here are a few benefits about Prenatal Yoga:

Not only is this a special time for mom to connect with her baby-to-be, it is very safe with a qualified instructor.

Yoga CAN help Seizures

Yesterday was a Miracle Day!!! It was the first time I was able to witness seeing yoga stop a seizure from occurring!!!! And I was working on the client!!!!!! No words can express how amazing this was!!!!!!!
Yoga can help control seizuresAfter researching it - there is a lot of great information on the web about this.  Here is one article: http://hinduism.about.com/library/weekly/aa122501a.htm

Feet are Fun!

For anyone who really knows me, you knowI LOVE FEET

Did you know that each foot has over 7,000 nerve endings?

After doing two Reiki treatments today, I had the honor of touching someone else's feet.  Each person could feel sensation as I touched or hovered over their feet!

I love to spread my toes and pick things up.  I love to roll a tennis ball under my feet and find that "yummy" spot that just feels fine!  Feet in the warm sand, feet in water, feet on grass.
