Yoga Teacher Training with Mimi
1.      Begin in Table Pose (all fours). Shoulders above the wrists, and hips above the knees. 
2.      Bring the right leg forward and place the sole of the right foot to the earth facing straight forward, ensuring your knee is stacked above the ankle.
3.      Ensure both shoulders are above the hands.
4.      Lift the front toes and engage the right foot down to lift the arch.
