The beginnings - become a Blessitician

Diamante IL Marzo 08Welcome to my first post in my blog.  Blogging is new to me.... what is not new - is finding all the goodness and the blessings in my life.

I was riding in my car the other day, and thought of how lucky and blessed I am to be healthy, to spread the joy of yoga to as many people as I can, to do good things for others and expect nothing in return.  So I made up this new word - "Blessitician".  Knowing that I am blessed from above and teach anything I've learned to help you.

I hope you can help me learn new things too.

This blog starts on the date of March 7th.  March 7th has a huge blessing in my life - my life-long childhood friend, Chris was born on March 7th.  How lucky I am that I have a friend who is always there for me, and me there for her.  We may not see each other as much as we'd like because of our family and working schedules, but we always find a way to connect and it's like we never had a gap in time lost.

If you have a friend like this, you are blessed!

My goal in this blog is to share many ideas to lower your stress level, how yoga can connect you to your true authentic self, how we are all beautiful and have gifts to share to one another. How meditation and your positive thoughts have a huge effect on your life.  How we can see all of the blessings in our lives if we just open up.  Let yourself bloom.

And most importantly, how you must "Take Time to Take Care of Yourself".

If you are interested in learning more - follow my blog, send your comments and ideas.  And let love shine from "within".  Blessings always, Mimi

I'm a little behind in my reading of your blog but I just wanted to say I think it's a great idea that you started blogging. I look forward to reading your yoga tips and inspirations. And Charlene, I couldn't have said it better myself. Mimi, you truly are a blessitician (-:

Thanks so much, Christine!!!! Blogging is so new to me. But if people can't make it to class or need something helpful to inspire them, it makes me feel great. I am blessed by everyone around me. Feel free to share to others and spread the JOY!
