About Mimi (me) Michelle “Mimi” Strzelewicz is dedicated to promoting health and well-being through the modalities of movement, mindfulness and gratitude. She maintains her own yoga studio business (De-Stress with Yoga) and reaches out to people of all ages for optimal health and happiness. Her personal yoga practice started in 2001 and she immediately noticed the many benefits; physical, emotional and spiritual. She continues to exceed Yoga Alliance’s standards of continuing education by immersing herself into extensive training in the discipline of yoga – both on and off the mat – by embracing and learning from the many branches of yoga. In all of her teachings, workshops, health fairs and yoga projects, she combines creative visualization insights with real-world practicality, and delivers with a serious heart of compassion, caring and comfort, while still maintaining a sense of humor and a contagious smile.
